BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES
1 (24 ~32
oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes.
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream
of celery soup.
1 (8oz) ctn. sour
cream.
1 onion, chopped.

1 (10 3/4
oz) can cheddar cheese soup.
1 green pepper, chopped.
Salt & pepper to
taste.

Mix all ingredients together
except the hash brown potatoes. Spray 9 X 13 in. casserole dish. Add potatoes,
then pour mixture of ingredients over the potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350
degrees.
